The Amenities at The Summit Club

This is just the beginning as later phases will include a spectacular new clubhouse, guest cottages located along the golf course and many other offerings to make the The Summit Club lifestyle unique. The Pool House will be a modern two-story building that will offer several amenities for members of The Summit Club including:

  • The Fitness Center
    Featuring state-of-the-art exercise equipment and the latest technology, overlooking the pool area.

  • Group Fitness Room
    This area, temporarily being used as the sales office, will later be converted into a group fitness room for yoga and exercise classes.  Personal trainers will be available upon request.

  • Tennis Courts
    Four tennis courts and two pickleball courts will be adjacent to the main facility and just a short distance from future residences, for those who enjoy racquet sports.

  • Palmer Advantage
    An optional added Member benefit offering access to other private golf and country clubs, concierge travel services, and other private-member lifestyle and leisure benefits. Enrollment is available for $20 per month with no long-term obligation.

  • Poolside Bar & Grille
    Idyllic outdoor dining with a view, serving a variety of food & beverage offerings.  Great for relaxing poolside or after a day of golf or tennis.

  • The Summit Outdoor Oasis
    Features an 82’ long swimming pool with lap lanes and a sun shelf for relaxing in the water. There will also be a large hot tub, lounge chairs, cabanas, a poolside bar and firepits with comfortable seating arrangements.

  • Locker Room
    Men’s & Women’s locker rooms will combine comfort and convenience.
